Notes
European issue pressed in Holland, with CB 252 and encircled 62 price code in the top spine corner on back cover, the round Epic logo and the original US catalogue number in parenthesis on orange centre labels. Gatefold cover with Ted Nugent concert photographs, credits and other release data on the back.
Title on centre labels printed without exclamation mark: „DOUBLE LIVE GONZO”.

On centre labels, before duration, every track has got an elapsed time of intro and instrumental part before the lead vocal singing appears or the instrumental track B2 factually begins, given also in parenthesis, as follows: A1 (1 : 02), A2 (0 : 16), A3 (4 : 40), A4 (0 : 31), B1 (0 : 24), B2 (3 : 55), C1 (1 : 25), C2 (0 : 50), D1 (0 : 23), D2 (0 : 27) and D3 (0 : 38), where this timing for track A3 – 4′ 40″ is surely a typo because the total track A3 duration is less than that, only 3′ 50″ – correct it should be 0′ 40″.

Track C2 recorded at Civic Center-Springfield, Mass. June 1976 by Fedco Audio remote recorder.
Track B2 recorded at San Antonio Convention Center July 1976, tracks B1 and D3 recorded in Dallas July 1976, tracks A1, D1 and D2 recorded at Municipal Auditorium, Nashville July 1977, track A3 recorded at Joe Freeman Coliseum, San Antonio November 1977 and tracks A2 and A4 recorded at Taylor County Coliseum, Abilene, Texas November 1977 by Reelsound Remote Recorder.
Track C1 recorded at Seattle Center Coliseum August 1977 by Haji Sound Remote Recorder.

„Interpak II by Shorewood Packaging / Printed in Holland” on back cover.

Notes
Release year cannot be determined exactly. But compared to other Atlantic releases from that time, this not earlier than 1973/74 („Z” Price code, not „D”) and not later than 1976 (missing label code).
„Distributed by WEA Musik GmbH”. Label variant: rim text has two lines.

Here are almost similar Atlantic label designs and mostly same sleeve – all German/GEMA – All have the same misspelling of „Terminaton” on sleeve:

Release 6062835 – Kinney release, „Kinney Music” written below „Made in Germany” on sleeve back, bottom right, „D” top right. Label variant: „GEMA P. 1968” top right, rim text as single line, „SIDE ONE”, add. cat#: (ATCO-SD 33-250)

Release 1644602 – Kinney, „Kinney Music” written above „Made in Germany” on sleeve back, bottom right, „D” top right. Label variant: „GEMA P. 1968” top right, rim text has two lines, „SIDE 1” and a big „K”

All following have GEMA on left side on labels and side# written as „Side 1” (not ONE):
Release 3724367 – „D” on back. Label variant: rim text has two lines

Release 13021263 – „D” on back. Label variant: Rights society GEMA/Biem

Release 613810 – „Z” on back and „Distributed by WEA Musik GmbH”. Label variant: rim text has two lines and label code

Release 8192228 – „Z” & „WE341” on back and „Distributed by WEA Musik GmbH”, label code. Label variant: rim text has two lines, label code in top position

Release 5453182 – „Z” & „WE341” on back, label code. Label variant: rim text has three lines, label code in bottom position

Release 10511636 has an earlier ATCO sleeve – already with a „D” on back and also GEMA „GEMA P. 1968” top right, rim text as single line, „SIDE ONE”, only „ATCO-SD 33-250” cat#
